At Open Road Adventures — Open Road Hostel & Cafe, Open Road Boutique Hotel, and our Desert Safari experiences — we operate with limited capacity. Every booking is carefully secured in advance and once confirmed, we hold that space exclusively for you.

In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full booking amount will be charged

Why is this policy in place? We are a small, independent hospitality business with a limited number of rooms, beds, and safari spots. Last-minute cancellations often leave us unable to resell the space — a loss not just for us but for other travellers who may have been turned away when we were fully booked. By maintaining this policy, we ensure fair pricing for all guests and the long-term sustainability of our services.
We understand plans change. If you inform us in advance about changes to your travel plans, we will always do our best to accommodate you on different dates, subject to availability. Refunds cannot be issued, but your booking can be moved to a future date wherever possible.
