Cancellation And Refund Policy – Open Road Adventures

At Open Road Adventures (Open Road Hostel & Café, Open Road Boutique Hotel, we work with limited room and bed capacity. Every booking is carefully secured in advance, and once a reservation is confirmed, we hold the space exclusively for you.

Please note:

• All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

• In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Why is this policy in place?
We are a small, independent hospitality business with a limited number of rooms and beds. Last-minute cancellations often leave us unable to resell the space, leading to a loss not only for us but also for other travelers who may have been turned away when rooms were fully booked. By maintaining this strict policy, we ensure fair pricing for all guests and the sustainability of our services.

That said, if you inform us in advance about changes to your travel plans, we will always try our best to accommodate you on different dates (subject to availability), but refunds cannot be issued.
